Color spring! Introducing African colorful SELECTED BY C products
Hello everyone. I'm Chitsu Nakamoto of RICCI EVERYDAY.
The other day, I returned from Uganda business trip. This time, we developed new works, adjusted the production of corporate customers, and went to local craftsmen. I spent about a month with fluttering. Strolling in the market is one of the exciting jobs. This time, the products that have been purchased by walking around the market are introduced as "SELECTED by C".
The products introduced here are art created by local artists. All that is thought, "Is this also a material for art!" It's a treasure trove of ideas.
Among them, I would like to introduce my recommended art.
Kano art
Kano is an artist with a studio in East Africa Craft Market along Buganda Road in Uganda's capital city. You can see a variety of art when you are good at abstract paintings and go to KANO's studio.
He has also written a portrait of customers since last year. It is based on a photo and finishes with exquisite colors.
This time, I asked him about an abstract drawing with the motif of the animals seen in Uganda. It took a few months to finish, but a work that I felt good to wait was completed!
I was able to see a wonderful picture with his touch.
The size is just right, perfect for a Japanese house! Although it is small, it has a strong presence, so I think the room will definitely be bright.
He also draws such a picture.
This is an abstract painting of a human face, which was the source of the abstract painting of this animal.
I tried to draw a Campara landscape with a completely different touch,
I tried to draw a Uganda woman as a model.
All of them are all wonderful pictures.
This time, I'm expanding my delusions as to what kind of paintings to draw. Please let us know if you have any ideas. We'll be expecting you.
