Announcement of online movie screening in July
This time, we will hold a movie screening that was held regularly at directly managed stores online using Zoom. We hope that you will enjoy spending your time at home at the RICCI EVERYDAY event.
The details of the event are as follows.
◯ Online movie screening-Screening of documentary film "Out of My Hand"
"Out of My Hand" is a work that depicts a man working at a rubber plantation in Liberia traveling alone to New York, USA, and facing various realities as an immigrant. It may be a good opportunity to understand the "Black Lives Matter" movement that is spreading in the United States now. We hope that this screening will give you time to think about immigration, labor issues, and the situation in Africa and the United States.
・ Date: July 5, 2020 (Sun) 14: 00-16: 00 (planned)
* Only participants will hold a roundtable discussion from 16:00 to 17:00.
・ Participation fee: 1000 yen
・ Capacity: Limited to the first 20 people
